I’ve been blown off my feet and tossed onto the ground 8-10’ away by a blast. Was deaf , ears just ringing and felt like I got hit by a bullet train. We had a bunch of kegs laying around that had been shot full of holes and one of the guys was melting them in the bonfire. Nobody was paying attention. The plastic covered 8 gallon keg had been shot up also but the pistol rounds didn’t penetrate the core apparently and it exploded. The bonfire was about 8-10’ in diameter and the blast blew it completely out. Myself and 3 other people were standing next to it when it went. Blew us all into our backs probably 10’ or so. Luckily the majority of the partiers were inside at the bar. Exactly....we figured there was a small amount of beer left in it and it became a pressurized liquid vessel. It cracked the picture window on the front of the deer camp.
