PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Electoral College

Recommended Posts

It’s already bad enough that rural areas like in Michigan or Illinois have zero say in national elections because of the big cities and their population voting a certain way. You want to make the entire country like this? I think not.

So, the "why" is because the founding fathers didn't want a pure democracy.  Who give two fucks about that?  We are in a society that has moved well beyond our founding fathers.  Our government should evolve along with.

So the minority has a voice.   Why not just get rid of the Senate as well?

Really shocked that someone from a small state cannot still comprehend the current value in the ECS.

The minority delegates don't have a voice.

Value isn't justice.  I understand the value full well, my vote is more powerful than a vote from more populous states.

As intended so a simple majority cannot easily take away the rights of the minority.   Its a brilliant system that should and will be kept.

You are fine with a few big cities deciding the outcome only because right now your way of thinking lives up with those liberal twats living in the cities. I have to wonder if you would feel the same if that was not the case.

It's an idiotic system that doesn't fairly serve us.

Perhaps it may.

Neal

According to you.   I'll take the founding fathers opinion over yours.   There is ZERO chance its changed anyway.    :bc:

I’m just disappointed that Neal hasn’t stirred up one of his famous vortexes yet.

Call me when that happens.

He likely flipped on this during his metamorphosis.   I'm sure MC did as well.
