  1. 1. How many are sheltering in place.

    • Yes completely not going to work or even to the grocery store for 2 weeks.
    • Dramatically limiting leaving home but still do occasionally
    • Living mostly normal except where places are closed.

Wife didn't get laid off til the shutdown, shes been home since then

My son and I are both essential. I only go out when I have to go for work and was out once this week . He's out 4 days a week and has a much greater exposure risk.

Shelter in place with the occasional run to the grocery store for the last 10 days.

I ride my bike a few hours every day just to see whats going on in town.

A couple of short solo jeep rides into the hills with my wife.

Grocery store when necessary and take the dog for walks with my daughter. Also had to make a run to the doctor for my wife today...waiting room was empty and distancing was practiced with the receptionist.

I was thinking the same thing....

None are open here. All closed down voluntarily right in the middle of Spring Break. Kids were crushed. The business said,  see ya next year.

Not going to bars/restaurants as much and working from home more.

No difference otherwise.

Speaking of it, I gotta go get some beer.

Some, yes. Not sure how many. I haven’t been in any in a week.

Buddy of mine is a prison guard. We went hiking and there days later he calls and says an inmate tested positive days ago and they were just learning of it. He didn't have contact with the inmate but he did with plenty of other guards. We went hiking 8 days ago and he told me on Sunday. So I have been staying home except for going on walks when it's nice. Boring as fuck, thank God for the internet's.

The vulnerable group of older and compromised people please stay home .....this is your disease.

The rest should carry on as normal. Unless of course you're afraid of a cold. Many who have recovered say they have had way worse flu's and colds.

Working everyday from the office and home.   Been to dollar general and the post office and thats been about it in the past 7-8 days.   Wife went to thr grocery store twice.    Kids have stopped and stayed a couple times and they claim they are really really limiting contact with others.

You do realize some younger healthy people have been hospitalized from this?

This virus is infecting and killing more than just the sick and old.

Of course I do.....there is 1 in NJ.

23 year old, no underlying conditions, athletic.  He is in an induced coma and they are trying those experimental drugs on him.  These are very rare outlier   cases and any illness or flu can produce the same.

Probably about the same odds as getting struck by lightning.
