The cops show up and catch two guys running out of a liquor store with their arms full of bottles and the cash register..... does the defence demand to know who made the call? Does the defence get to argue that they shouldn’t hear from the store owner? Can the criminals get their buddies to break into the store and hide the security cam footage? Is it ok to ignore the perps on tape saying they took the booze and cash because they wanted to get drunk and have money? Is it all ok because they thought it was their right to take that money?
