How do I know that an atomic bomb works by splitting an atom?

Yes it does... that's kind of it's whole deal.

Sweet fuck.

Neal

Really.  Holy fuck.

What is the statistical probability of that happening.  It's been mapped and it ain't pretty.

Science is so retarded.....how do they know light can go 186,000 miles per second. No radar gun can.measure that fast. Does light have like a speedometer on it or something. Stupid scientists

The thing that fascinates me most about the universe is time dilation. The faster you go, the younger you stay. Crazy shit.

Put it to paper.

The probability of it happening was 1 in 576 trillion trillions....

AND WE GOT IT ON THE FIRST TRY

BOOOOYAH!!!!

FUCKING MORON

That's fine, I'm ok with that.

You obviously don't.  A scientific theory is the modeling that explains reality via facts and evidences.  The big bang is the best theory we presently have to explain the early time of our universe, from T=0 onward.

The big bang theory has nothing to say before T=0, and it doesn't claim to.  This is where you obviously don't understand what the theory is.

You keep on with the origin like science has answered it, and that simply is not the case.  We (as humans) don't know what happened before T=0. There are presented speculation and hypothesis, but we have no theory about before T=0.

It is certainly possible we will never know or be able to investigate that domain either.

I am perfectly fine saying I don't know what caused the universe to begin, or what caused the big bang.  Maybe someone will present a model we can test, or present an observation to be made, but for now we are stuck with not knowing.  Religion is stuck in the same boat (deist or theist claims of origin/God/creation).  There has not been a model presented that give predictions, or has testable parameters.

Neal

well it doesn't claim to because it can't. Again all that can be proven is that it happened. There are many questions left unanswered, and questions that may never be answered, like was there a time before the Big bang and if so what existed? Is the universe finite? Will it expand infinitely?

The statistical probability is 1 out of 1 as far as we can prove. Lol

Unless you know of other failed trial universes out there...

Einstein knew it , eventually when technology allowed we proved it

Wow, thanks for the statements of obviousness...

Make an X-Y graph, time is vertical, and mass is horizontal.

Indeed, we all (other than you and other ignorant folk) well know it can't...

There is no way for us to investigate before T=0.

Well since we had a big bang and everything after is existing, the probability is 100%.

Unless of course you contend there was no beginning to our local spacetime and we don't exist...

Neal

Take yourself out of the experiment.

The only way we may begin to legitimately hypothesize about such things would be if we had a way to detect other universes being formed and were able to observe them through their formation and expansion. Then we may be able to predict conditions under which they were created.

Perhaps your uncharted utopia could follow this yet uncreated new universe.

So you believe those statistical probabilities? What makes those factual?
