I just finished making a tremendous reverse sear Ribeye!!!!!!!!!11 1.5" Ribeye Season and rest on counter, I let the meat get to 64 degrees F today. Warm oven to 200 degrees. Bake Ribeye until it reaches 115. Butter on frying pan, smoking hot. Remove Ribeye from oven and sear one minute each side. Sear edges as well. Let rest for 5 minutes on a plate under foil. Mowed, weed whipped, and raked everything, looking good. Reconfigured the boat lift for the new surf boat and finished the night off with the first cabin sauna of the season...now killing Coors and Bud light limes.
