If trackside would have taken it on trade I would be on a 2017 right now. What a shitty winter last year was.

Just a FYI: Trackside doesn't part out sleds but Pat's Motorsports in Greenland does. :bc::lol:

Well EVERYONE carries at least one extra belt. I haven't blown a belt on any of my skidoos since 2004. And that was because I was trying to make it back to camp instead of stopping on the trail.

i had a couple of belts delaminate on my 05 sdi

So what’s the story on the 800 etecs? Mine has about 1500 on it and I was thinking about swapping a new one at 2k. Just running the stock doo belt.

i change mine at 2k and make it a spare.  I've been running the gates CF after the stock belts done and had no issues with them at half the money.  i think i ran 2 dos and a gates on my 12 and now on my 16 it's been a doo followed by a gates and it will get a new gates if i decide to keep it for this year which is looks like i will.

One of my riding buds actually works for gates. I’m going to see if he can get me a couple of those.

I ran one of those aftermarket belts for about 10 miles and there was a lot of vibration. Cant remember which brand it was but I took it off and never brought it back out. Been using stock but for $160 I will try a different one if they work. That is just stupid money for belts.

I usually swap them out at 1500-2000 miles just because. :dunno:
