Same here, except on sled trips. There are some things that are difficult to duplicate at home, without all the cooking devices restaurants have. I’ve always found a breakfast, 2 eggs over easy, sausage, toast and hash browns at a restaurant impossible to do better….until recently. Found some sausages, air fryer for 8 min, air fryer hash browns and eggs on a flat griddle with this nifty flipper and I make a breakfast every bit as good as a great restaurant.
