He could have done it in a single sentence. The documents held by Joe Biden were properly declassified and he legally had the right to possess them. There will be no charges filed because we found no laws broken. Instead to paraphrase he said Joe is nice, old and has a very poor memory. The jury will likely find him not guilty.
