I have to agree.

The only thing that will ever straighten this mess of assholes out, is throat slitting.

LOL.  You may be correct.  Right now there is 74 million voting against this bullshit.  Not the '81 million' (cough) voting for a 47 year + washington insider.

a more educated electorate would be a great start... both major parties rely upon the votes of utter morons to win.  this is also how we get career politicians, familiarity.

independents and moderates decide elections and I question their sanity at times as well.

Not sure why you see 74m voting against Biden and the 81m for Biden.  The real story is a lot more of the 81 were voting against trump than for Biden.

Probably right Spin . Both parties are a joke.

I bet the majority of folks here would actually align closer to the...

than the D's or R's

but folks are pre-conditioned to vote red or blue

It's seems like less and less here are laughing about a third party option these days. We need better choice from the R and D's and we need more choices in general IMO

problem with the libertarian party is the lack of a visible, recognizable, high caliber candidate and that the Ds and Rs control the narrative, the debates and the media.

I feel like, hope that, more people are moving back towards the center and not the far right or left sides. All this extreme shit on both edges is getting crazier and crazier and neither of them want any more competition

It isn't 74 million voting against biden.  It's 74 million voting against the washington swamp, 74 million voting against open borders, 74 million voting against Pelosi, Schumer, McConnel. McCarthy et al.

How about 5 or 6 different parties and you have to mark each one in order of preference? That would be more like true democracy. It’s what parts of Europe use.

It’s thinking like yours that keeps the dysfunction in Washington alive and well.

Bullshit, it's the mentality that want's to keep outsiders OUT of Washington that is the problem.  Somehow believing what entrenched politicians peddle is the problem.  I have been part of the tea party movement and other movements to get rid of the people in Washington.  I have pushed ideas such as remote work for the Washington politicians.  Can you say the same?

same with Trump.  had he just walked away and shut up none of this would be happening to him.  which makes the whole thing even more disgusting.

Outsiders aren't the problem, the swamp corruption is.  Trump made that worse and even though you are against the swamp here you are pushing that others vote for him.

Any outsider that comes in, that is in a position to change is going to cause issues.  Trump was an outsider put into the highest position, and the washington swamp didn't like it.  We will never have a chance to do this again.  They made sure that people like trump never have a chance to make changes over people like Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, McCarthy.  Those types have an ego and believe they have worked too long to get to the spot they are in, for a person like trump to stop their plans.

You act as if an "outsider" is incentivized differently than those 'entrenched.' Outsiders don't crave power, fame, money? Outsiders don't have egos that need to be fulfilled? You don't think the elite billionaire Trump hasn't his entire career been shmoozing with all the other elites and politicians along the way to help advance his empire in the same exact fashion all the rest do? That's completely idiotic to think otherwise.

As soon as you're on the inside your not longer an outsider and susceptible to the same temptations as any other human. The only way to fix that is for the people to take away their abilities to make bad choices, ie term limits, removing money from politics, age limits, etc.  Remove the incentives, remove the temptations.

:lmao: What the GOP is doing is a spec of sand on a beach compared to what the dems pulled before, during and after the Trump admin.

Anyone that comes in anywhere that can't negotiate will have issues.  Trump proved he is inept.  Complete disaster for us.
