Active Shooter in Maine

Recommended Posts

What started out as an interesting discussion has turned to shit. Why is it so hard to ignore a comment that bothers you? Instead it turns into a back and forth that adds no value. Both sides are responsible for it. It's not one sided guys.

Like I said before, when a thread turns to shit... I'm out. Have fun !

Sure it is but we don't take away peoples constitutional rights over it.

You fall into the category of selective rage who has fallen for the anti-gun propaganda of the left.   There are a number of things in this country that kill far more people that you could care less about.

Excuses, always excuses.

Oh…you two were making a point…do better next time.

It's all about being an edgy contrarian douche to get likes from his like minded simpleton.

1 guy with a gun could have ended it, but don't let that overshadow a pat on the back from idiots.

against a firearms instructor with an AR, tactical advantage and without specific targets.

as much as I'd like to agree with you, the math isn't in favor of average 'dad' with a gun.

same would likely apply to average teacher with a gun

No doubt...

Hence the "could of"

Not likely but possible.

You just described what every day people deal with everywhere. Over 90% of this forum can probably relate to this. What's the point?

Are you really that stupid? Some people can't mentally handle certain things that happen in their lives like most can. Which reiterates the point that there's a mental illness problem. Do you have a brick between your ears?

Yeah so what.  They suck and have degraded the town.  Ask anyone who lives in the area.  The guy was a nutcase and should have had his guns removed, as there were previous indications that he wasn't stable.  Go take Steves stun gun and shoot your self in the ball bag

Steve won't allow that, he's enjoying cupping those raisins lately. :lmao:

One guy without a gun could've prevented it as well.

In 1791 when the second amendment was written this was what “arms” were.

Muskets Were Common

In 1791, common guns included muskets and flintlock pistols.

According to the Washington Post, a "typical Revolutionary-era musket" had a one-round magazine capacity, and could fire around three effective rounds per minute - in the hands of the most skilled wielder. Its maximum accuracy range had to be within 50 meters. That’s 50 yards.
