Many Repug states don’t allow early votes to be counted early and have to wait until the polls close. Also - I’m sure you want military ballots from overseas to be counted? Hence the window. Ask Repugs why early votes can’t be counted prior to polls closing. And - where’s all the fraud? Should be easy to prove if it’s so precedent. Why do Repug Secretaries of State disagree with you?
