Nobody needs to do a hit piece on Florida’s governor. We just sit back and let Trump do it. Fuck you’re dense.

Sure, we all believe you.  You follow the narrative like a typical lemming, somehow thinking that you don't.

In FL at the moment and first thing we noticed was how much more expensive things are here compared to MN. Groceries, beer, restaurants, etc.

It's a tourist based economy mostly. They stick it to the tourists.

I know of at least 4 families that have moved their in the past 4 years.  Everyone of them absolutely love it and have nothing but GREAT things to say.  I think I will believe first hand knowledge over some SC Real Estate firm/blogger on you tube.

I figured you’d know at least 20 families that moved there.

Great place to visit. Summers suck ass.

It's the opposite of the snow belts in the north.  Most people just don't leave the house in the summer when it's that hot.

My brother moved to Safety Harbor about 15 years ago now.  He chose that location, because as the name states, it is elevated providing a safe haven to the flooding of storm surges.  Yeah, he's had a few trees taken down, branches here and there, but ZERO water issues.

You must enjoy crowds of drunk and meth’ed out assholes.

I enjoy life.  We live it to the fullest.  Work hard and play hard. Not sit home scared of everything and hoping I can live to be old and decrepit.

I have no data on Florida but I do for Texas.  My brother cools about 4000 square feet.  His electric bills in TX now average $800 in the summer months with his highest being $925 last July.

With geothermal heat in WI heating 4800 sq. ft. the largest electric bill I ever had over the past decade was $375.  That was a January that had over two weeks of sub-zero which rarely happens.  Normal average is $250 per month for heating in the winter and $150 in the summer when cooling.  His electric bills are just insane down there.
