If Russia invaded Canada should the U.S. get involved?  If Russia invaded Saudi Arabia should the U.S. get involved?  Besides the U.S. is there any country off limits to a Russian invasion?  Curious what the isolationists and pro-Putin puppets think.

I think a better question would be, Is there any country that Russia would invade that you think we should not be involved ?

1.  Canada borders the US....that alone puts us in the game far more than in Ukraine does in Europe.  2 European wars in the past 100+ years is enough.

2. Canada is a member of NATO.   Unfortunately we are committed to article 5.  Let's get out of NATO first. :bc:   We can still protect our "state" to the north because its on our border.

3. No the US should not intervene if Russia attacked SA.

I answered your questions now answer mine.   Besides Russia who else should we go up against if they attack another country?  Is it open ended no matter who attacks who?  Do you have any children or nephews military age?

What a simpleton question.  We are obligated under NATO to help defend member countries.  Ukraine is not an ally or NATO country.  Our country is 30+ trillion in debt, Ukraine has a history of being corrupt and a money laundering scheme for US politicians and you're pounding your chest about what exactly again?  2 fucking years of this president, and there has been one outrage after another.....and this is what you come up with.

I would not support sending US troops to Ukraine but I do support sending them weapons.

As long as they purchase them outright. Not get them free through some political bullshit.

The question was involvement not necessarily troops.  So if Russia invades Saudi’s Arabia and gas prices increase to historic highs do we continue to pay up?  Mexico isn’t a NATO country - what if Putin decides he wants Mexico?  Brazil?  Chile?

I'm Ukrainian by heritage and my home town has a sizable Ukrainian population. My grandmother is right off the boat at age 19ish so you're speaking my language right about now!  She used to home make, no recipie,  galumpkis, pirogi, kapusta and a local place made the kielbasa.

Damn, I miss Grandma Doan right about now.

I’ll do the asking and respond when I want to.  Thanks

Given your Ukrainian heritage - why are you so opposed to US support?

The thing is for the US and Europe this is the most cost effective way of destroying Russia's military that i can imagine.  At this pace there will be little need for the US to keep huge bases in Europe Let alone fund their security.  Trump tried to get Europe to pay for it's security and now they are by supplying Ukraine.
