He surmised that this is a political killing so that Joe won't be on the 2024 ballot. Garland has acted funny on this subject and to be fair it is Joe's people who are finding these documents. Plausible and it’s pathetic that they need to do something like this so he doesn’t run again…it’s pretty obvious that he’ll be lucky to make it through this term.
