I was pretty young when Carter and Reagan held POTUS, and the media wasn't anything like it is now - so there's that aspect of it, too. But I was voting age for Bush Sr, Slick Willy, "W", and Obama ... and every single one of them were fucking liars, too. Eliminate the establishment bullshit & get back to a news source that's not based on party affiliation bias and propaganda & we'd actually have SOMETHING to be a little less divided and disgusted with, as a country.
