Debt has tax advantages and historically is much cheaper for companies with good credit ratings. Equity financing may mean banks won't offer them debt financing and the ones who do have priority in bankruptcy over shareholders. But after the fire on the production line and the subsequent loss/removal/resignation of a very credible marketing person and another industrial design individual, becoming aware of that, I was out. One of the best indicators of how a company is really doing is retention of quality people. When they start heading for the door….it’s time to get out. They still have Amazon in their pocket. They’ve been pumping out the delivery vehicles. It’ll be what saves the company. The quality control on the consumer pick ups have taken a big decline.
