Usualy pulling a kids sled with there gear . Funny thing is most of them I have run in to are from other country's who came here to winter hike the trail . The other thing is every one of them has asked if we would run the trail in the direction they were hiking as far as we could lol . Would not catch me out walking and camping across the WI woods in Jan but all the power to them . Also mostly crews of like 4 people . Still surprises me when I run across some one miles away from closest road or sled trail . Always stop to shoot the shit make sure they dont need anything and just to get what has to be a interesting story and usualy is.
