It may just be the state or region you live in, in PA in most every area things are moving quite well, many record years in the last 4 or 5 years among all types of construction, I travel to NY,NJ and all over PA every where I have been has been busy. Our state has only 50 percent of its DOT jobs filled can't find people to fill them, record auto sales, record number of people traveling by car and plane, not something poor people do. There is quite a bit of private equity being thrown around right now and if Trump comes thru with renegotiating some of these trade deals we will have some wicked expansion going on.
