That came from the executives in the bureau, DOJ or those in charge of them.....the Obama admin. Whether or not this was a true coup which I believe it was we likely will never know. Bare minimum this was use of the IC, FBI and rest of the DOJ to leak information to hurt the Trump campaign and eventually the administration. That alone is treasonous to the American voter.
