It is their mistaken belief that we need some form of ruler that ultimately splits the revolution. I started a thesis on the biological and psychological evolution of altruism between humans and lower forms of animals. I gave up on it though...the personal gains weren't enough I guess. Even if it did leak who is to say it would even leak into the river before it was shut off.
