Zambroski
Gonna be interesting. Also gonna be fun to see some wondering how this happened and why the divide between the rich and the poor will grow exponentially again like it did after the last one. So many just lost....and mad about it. Boo hoo.

Liquidity and good credit is going to be king.

Bad for us, we were planning to sell in 2021 and move north. Probably still will sell but for less money. I'm hoping one of our sons wants it. We'll make a hell of a deal. teamgreen02
I just read an article that the housing market was still strong here. Certainly things will moderate some as many people will be on unemployment and won't qualify for a mortgage.

Loss of jobs from this panic-pandemic will be the major factor in this housing downturn, not so much the overextension of credit. It’s going to be a lot more regional also.my area will be hit hard. States that refuse to open up in May will start to feel the pain pretty soon. Both from the hit they are taking on the unemployment paid out and the lack of payroll taxes coming in. It’s gonna be a death spiral.
Guest
This will be a good time to make some LOW-BALL offers on a Winnepesaukee Waterfront. I saw one on-line the other night that looked real good.
Platinum Contributing Member Blackstar Posted April 16, 2020 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted April 16, 2020 I worked to pay off my mortgage last year in hopes the market would take a down turn and I could buy another property as an investment. This is not what I expected.

Anler
I listen to CNBC every morning now on the drive in, when they go on the coronavirus rants i switch off but today they said Boeing has told the feds they NEED $60 billion. How long has this lock down been now, 3 weeks? Also last night on the news Agriculture wants $2 trillion for lost milk sales and shit. And you grey poupon mother fuckers laugh when we say the stock market is a giant casino and the US govt is a corporate socialist enterprise? There are virtually zero economic fundamentals at play here and money can just be created with the pressing of a button. Seriously get as much as you can, people alot better off that any of us are doing just that. Just play the game, this is how money is being made.
