Hand the money/card through the window and we'll load your vehicle for you. that's how tsc should be as well. I mean how hard is it to know what you want/need, and either call ahead or let us know when you get here. With big stores like Lowes tsc walmart etc, with the tech. we all have today, everything has codes and they're listed on the products on the websites, so you write the code down and someone brings it outside for pick-up.
