Agreed and shutting down the country is not the way to go about it. The measures in place already will satisfy that cute little phrase of "flattening the curve" , no large social gatherings, sports events, maybe not flying in a congested airplane with phlegm coming from the person seated next to you , washing hands etc. This thing will die out soon enough no matter what is done. I will take bets that the death toll from the flu in the U.S. alone this year will be higher than the global deaths of covid . People need to stop panicking but they wont. Not being hired by the the government,with the exception of a few cdc jobs. I can tell you big corps want everything shut down. The government seems to be going slo mo on this. I’m convinced this is a human developed virus. I don’t own a foil hat.
