I can't believe the price of a stripped regular cab heavy duty pickup... 40k+ sticker, unreal.

6.5' crew cabs don't fit in most garages for the city folk.

hell my garage is 24' deep and i would not want the extra foot over my previous trucks in there. builders these days think 20x20 is a 2 car.

He's the type to drive a Subaru with a goofy cargo box on the roof. Always driving in the hammer lane under the speed limit blocking traffic.

I have 1 bay at 21' and the other 2 at 23'. All are way too small! A garage is never big enough!

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the longer bed. But in the 20+ years of owing both, I can’t think of one advantage the longer bed has provided.

I have the 6.5’ bed. If it were only 5.5’ it wouldn't make any difference one way or the other.

I want my next work truck to be a 4 door 8’ bed

I had a 1995 F250 Crew cab with a 8 ft bed. Plan on parking a long way from the door. LOL

It was our tow rig for our 4+ place enclosed sled trailer. We used to go out west to the Rocky's and Bighorns 3 or 4 times a season.

Can we get this thread back on topic.

Hey Jay. Any insight on what the Bronco might have for a drivetrain. Engine, tranny, tcase, axles?

@SVT MXZ XRS

2.7 ecoboost, 7 speed manual or 10 speed auto.  Lockers all the way around.

Nice. All good stuff.

Solid axles or independent?

wheelbase?

curb weight?

stock tire size?

sounds like it could be a very capable unit.

Solid axles, coil spring in the back.

2 and 4 door, will be real similar to the Jeep.

:dunno:

The mules all have beefy tires on them. Ford has said this is the real deal, not just another suv.
