Snake Posted September 6, 2019 Share Posted September 6, 2019 Had a sandwich on Tuesday. Had to fast all day Wednesday and half of Thursday for a procedure. Procedure goes not as planned, so the recovery is basically go home and sleep the rest of the night. Just woke up and called the office. Would be nice to have the day to, well, eat, and get the rest of the bullshit drugs out of my system. 5 guys decide they need Friday off and call in. I am going to go in, because even in the state I am in, I can work. It's amazing how 5 people who will call you a 'brother' will fuck you, without the benefit of fentanyl and hospital grade lube. What's amazing is we have 2 drivers who dislocated a total of 4 part timers out of their jobs because the drivers have DUIs and can't be fired. A driver with a DUI. We call him part time as he is always looking for a reason to take off work. Passes up all of the overtime and then at the end of the year bitches because he didnt make as much money as he did last year. I'm like bro, you barely worked a full week all summer and passed up all overtime, what do you expect? Of course he doesnt remember any of that...
