Between 2 C-sections and 2 major surgeries my boys have had the insurance benefit has paid me probably 10 fold or more over what's been paid in. The removal of the tumor off my boys vertebrae alone would cover what I pay in for probably 2-3 decades. I'd say more years than not our insurance claims are more than the premiums, deductible and copays. It doesn't take shit for a claim to reach beyond that. If insurance wasn't worth it more people would go to their employers and ask for that in pay instead. I've never had one. So answer the question, did you just pay an inflated wage or offer bennies? The skin head movement didn’t gain traction until the late 80’s . the scene was very multi cultural. Then came the straight edge movement . Its not a tough question. So how do insurance companies make money if their claims exceed the premiums they collect? Insurance isn't worth it for a lot of people, that's the fucking point.
