This highway was built by Bob Rae for 1.5 billion and sold to private interests for 3.1 billion. Because of that Ontario lost all the yearly revenue and the increase value. People rightly bitch about Wynne and her Billion dollar gas plant fiasco but the 407 made 1.25 billion in 2017. Don't tell me the conservatives weren't getting pay offs from SNC Lavalin when they sold them the 407 so cheap. Now we have that crooked cunt ford in power.
