I'm not cooking them in the Crock-Pot , so I figured you wouldn't be interested.

 

And I meant 4 family packs (2 slabs in each package) , not 4 slabs.  The other pack I will have to do tomorrow.  Not enough room in the smoker. Only 4 racks and have to cut them in 1/2 slabs to fit.
