Probably

Frankin and Conyers are just as much a problem for the Dems as Moore and in someways even more.  Moore if elected will do so with the Republican party already rejecting him. If Frankin and Conyers are not dealt with it will lie at the feet of the DNC.  So much for the war on Women.

As do I but the repubs pulled their support of the guy and it is now in the hands of the Voters.  On the other hand Frankin is the Dems problem. Sure the Repubs might throw the Dems a bone in the form of some kind of ethics investigation but in the end with all the troubles from the Clinton run still on their plate I think they will have to do something or anger their base further.

The dem party will never ever boot john con-job or the giant senate frankengroper. They are now a cancer that is growing in the general voting public . The party had a clear open window to push these two out, but failed again. I do think that there will be more elected septic tank swimmers from BOTH parties that will rise to the top of sexual misconduct payoff / cover-up .   The former club senate member bob " the kisser " packwood (r) got the boots after a long investigation.

While we could argue that they’re both too mainstream, I think they’re both quality dudes and know how to show respect and get things done.

At this point in our history that sounds pretty damn good and refreshing.

Hopefully someone younger so we can start making your generation irrelevant as it should be after the mess you people have made.

spot on boomers destroyed america-  crazy to think the greatest generation produced that group of spawn.

Honestly i think at this point might be time to move past my generation as well and see if the young bucks can make shit happen.

Boomers elected trump. Go figure. They were his largest source of support.

the fact the choices end of the day were a 70 something year old NY'r vs a 70 something carpetbagging NY who beat out a 70 something  socialist new yorker shows how fucked this country is.  until the power behind the scenes swings from the boomers we aren't going to get anything different.  While technically not a boomer by birth there is no question Bernie is part of them

There’s been talk of a unity ticket consisting of he and Kaisch. I’d be up for that. I like both.

Unity ticket.    You don't honestly think for a second that will happen do you?   I hope you like a holy roller cause Kasich is as religious as they come.

1. Neither party will endorse it so they would have to run as independents.  That basically hands the election to someone else.

2. Politicians who run for POTUS have a considerable ego, they have to to think they are the right person to be one of the most powerful people on the planet.  How can they possibly balance the differences in policy positions.   Never would work.

Politicians have considerable ego? You mean the guy that attacks private citizens with his Twitter?
