I've been telling everyone to file with the cpsc, for a couple of years now. There used to be some holdouts from the AC days that would good will a new clutch when found with cracks. Textron told them they could no longer do that, and pulled all good will funding. AC would cover lots of parts that shouldn't have failed for a year or more after warranty was up.
