Commercial real estate across the county is sitting empty because of remote work. It’s not just California. It’ll be another boom for billionaires. They'll buy up the real estate for pennies on the dollar and then get those commercial buildings re-zoned for residential. It’s already happening in several areas.

Clueless as usual.  Office building I bought has gone up by more than 20x.  Went up last year again.
