Don't forget to tell Brian Dick, all the techs from the call center, every employee from the race department, every one from purchasing, and the hundreds of others, they didn't get fired either. As of spring they had 2 tech guys in the call center to support the entire country. Over the summer they started training a couple more, but how much experience do you think they'll have by this fall when the shit hits the fan with a new model release? They were kind of the hill prior to the procross and for then for whatever reason decided to make a trail chassis and sort of modify it to be a 2nd rate mountain sled and totally gave up that market share. One of several reasons they're where they are now. Side note - can you block posters on here? There's a lot of knowledge getting passed around on these threads but every discussion gets sidetracked by one guy spouting BS and then 5 people that take the bait every time.
