You really have  a hard on for The United States and if the movie raises awareness and focuses more attention and resources on trafficking it’s a good thing.

If I could believe for a moment that they made the movie for that reason and not to make money I would agree. A cable special or maybe give it to other hulu, apple, netflix platforms to get it out to more than the people that can spend whatever exorbitant amount it costs to attend a theater these days.

It's not like they don't have enough money already.

I don't know what's funnier

The guys outraged that haven't watched it yet or

The guys that paid money to msm to find out what to be outraged about?

If you need Hollywood to give you your marching orders you're in trouble.

You’re a fucking moron

Tried watching a bit tonight. Was too slow and looked like a 70's production. Shut it off.

The movie is more about taking the issue of sexual violence and turning it into a political weapon. Going to a movie and then blaming the democrats and rubbing ashes in your hair is easy, and quite frankly, pathetic. It’s something else when an individual takes it upon themselves to actually get involved by taking an action to address the issue of sexual violence. Fund raisers, walks, 5k runs, contributing to NAMI, or actions like that. Really? Who doesn’t know that the world has always had a child trafficking problem? What are you doing about it. The answer for most is nothing.
