Well according to your previous comments here the concept is/was way over your head.

Now you are sad and apparently still confused

I think I get the concept, but it's the details that matter. When/if this ever goes to court, when the govt says we 'recommended' and didn't force Twitter to do anything, and there's no record of them forcing Twitter to do anything, then it becomes nothing.

No sadness, no confusion. ;)

you didnt understand what was revealed.

Got learned on the subject

And still dont quite understand what happened or what was revealed.

Force is not required but direction is not allowed. Pretty easy concept and clearly articulated on some piece of paper some consider to be important.

Dont eat the crayons. What flavor is your favorite color?

This was the Neolibs attempt at circumvent the 1a

and they're applauding it. Because you know, they can't be fascists because Wikipedia says so

You got learned.

The Canadians are always concerned and learning us about our constitution. Same thing with politics.

This is such a slam dunk case that the govt officials in question are just going straight to jail.

Nobody said anyone from the gov is going to jail. We all know that will never happen, but this did happen.

Just like hillary broke the law but nobody is above the law right? right?

Somebody should be able to prove it in a court of law and be compensated for the govts suppression of their freedom of speech.

It's what I've said from the beginning: "good luck." We may not like it, and we can debate that all day long, but unless you can prove the illegality in a court of law (which I assume those who feel their first amendment right were harmed will), then that's all it is, us debating the interpretation of the first amendment.

Who is pushing that?

That's the problem.

So no comment on the links he posted, not very intellectually honest, just saying.

I'm tired of looking into them and finding holes. It's gets old.
