Why do persons of color receive stiffer sentences for identical crimes?

A lot of things would come into play there, like a long record, repeat offender, what and how was the crime committed..

Question, what percentage of your town is black?

Mines 51% White, 29.4% black, the rest is Latino or asian.

Well then slavery is cool, I guess.

It clearly isn't cool, it's been abolished in the civilized world...instead of worrying about America, a world leader in human rights go bitch about the countries that still practice slavery.

This is why the Dems want to re-name historic buildings, tare down Statues and monuments that are of "racist or promote racism" because its the history of their party, the names and images are their past leadership..They want to change history so people will forget what they did..almost 100% of Slave owners were democrats, the people that wanted to keep slaves were democrats..Don't forget these tidbits of information that are trying to be erased

Joshua John Ward, of Georgetown County, South Carolina, is known as the largest American slaveholder,[1] dubbed "the king of the rice planters".[2].

He became politically active in the Democratic Party, which was dominated by the planter elite in the antebellum years. Ward was elected as the 44th Lieutenant Governor of South Carolina, serving from 1850 to 1852 under Governor John Hugh Means

Things like this is what the Dems want you to forget..Their history of slavery and racism....

For over 200 years, powerful kings in what is now the country of Benin captured and sold slaves to Portuguese, French and British merchants. The slaves were usually men, women and children from rival tribes — gagged and jammed into boats bound for Brazil, Haiti and the United States.
