What do make of this?

Sounds like the court says you don’t have to wear one....guess it will depend on what the airline says and how far you want to push it.

Right.   I am not going to miss my flight over a mask, but I feel like if you wanted to fight it , if forced, you would be eventually justified.

FAA can probably just do what they want anyway.

They were for ending the mandate.

I have flown 3 times since the mandate and only once did a mask nazi tell me to pull my mask up

Kathryn Kimball Mizelle is an American attorney and jurist serving as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. At the age of 33, she was the youngest person chosen by President Donald Trump for a lifetime judicial appointment.

I heard every judge that Trump appointed had to put one of his pubes in their pocket

The American Bar Association rated her as “not qualified,”noting that she had only participated in two trials during her brief career and she was an intern in both cases.

Her lifetime appointment to the bench was confirmed by the GOP-controlled Senate just two weeks after Trump lost the 2020 election, a rare move during a lame duck session.

She is married to Chad Mizelle, who faced similar questions about his youth and inexperience last year when his friend and ally at the White House, Stephen Miller, smoothed the way for him to become the acting general counsel at the Department of Homeland Security, leading DHS’ legal office of 2,500 attorneys just six years after graduating from law school.

Just plain stupid when the entire country is opened up and you’re going to single out the airlines.  Concerts , sporting events are all fine, but a plane with a filtration device is not?

She is right , fascist.  I don’t see any other judges disagreeing.  You love the foot on your throat. Smh.

Good choice as usual and reasonable in her decision.....enough with the feel-good, do-nothing masks already.

I agree with Snacks on this one...see what the airline says and how many others may or may not be wearing masks.

Are the planes at full passenger capacity?  If covid were a problem, I think I'd sooner feel safer 6ft apart vs. asses to elbows packed in like a sardine next to other people with a face diaper on.

Then again, I havn't flown in 36 years so what do I care I guess.

Anyone who wants to wear a mask still can.  I think this constantly gets ignored.

sounds good to me.  But I see more people being escorted off of planes only this time for trying to enforce someone to wear one when they don't legally have to.

Gonna be some good cell phone videos coming out real soon of Karen's getting booted off planes.

This ... it's exactly what I was thinking too.  If a person is so concerned, they can still wear a mask for themselves.  But hopefully this can at least tone down the SJW's out there and their Karen antics getting in others' faces

The airlines were making the argument that the mask mandate was causing a lot of the problems.  Hopefully everyone just sits down and stfu.

lifetime judge……
With this confirmation, Mitch McConnell upended a 123-year-old Senate tradition of declining to confirm appointments by a president who lost reelection.

I'm on a plane right now flying to Seattle for orientation. Then headed to Alaska later this week. It would be nice not to have wear this fucking mask!
