Nobody on busses and nobody on trains. Mass transit is a total loser here. Everything goes towards downtown which is all but emptied out due to new WFH policies, expensive real estate, and skyrocketing crime. Over 65,000 calls last year to transit police. In 2020, the fares paid for a whopping 9.3% of total revenue. Expenses were higher than revenue by about $22 million. The fares don't even pay for the fuel, let alone the rest of the operation.

The money they are shoveling out the window to get people to a downtown no one wants to go to is astonishing. Honestly if you live in EP what the fuck do you need down town ? And why would you get on a fucking train and not hop in you Benz with heated seats and go to a heated ramp with security and not have to worry about sitting in a cattel transfer station filled with shitbags begging for booze money and thugs looking to rob your ass in tge fucking cold? Met council needs to be broken up and never come back
