At least with the old carbed XC sleds, you'd get a few crossings in before fouling a set of plugs.  Maybe even a full day or even weekend!

Always like the guys who preach how great old sno-x sleds are for pretty much everything, yet they leave shit like that out of their sermons.

They always ran XC jetting and I think timing boxes if there was a difference. I’ve drilled more holes in those stupid tanks to do the old trail tank “mod” than I can count

I'm just spitballing... but there's something going on and it's not just the shitty clutching and lack of gearing options.  if it's throwing additional fuel at high rpm and a hot pipe... or changing timing... idk?

Did D&D dig into the ECU @taperk600?

Been in FL for a bit. Just back in time to watch the latest snowmelt..... but, to your question....yes, they are in the ECU. Haven't spoken with anyone since the 18th, so no idea if anything has changed since before heading south.

nice, weather sucks here and that doesn't include the lack of snow.

you've missed out on a bit of conversation likely but am curious if they've seen the mapping pull timing and/or add fueling (substantially) at high rpm with a hot pipe as an 'engine saver'.

on a totally new note, wonder what the realistic maximum-max rpm is on the new mill.

Rocky Mountain Rob Kincaid posted a video shortly before he died about the 55 ft/lb rating on a cat primary being equal to a 2 second trigger pull on a Milwaukee impact after the bolt all the way in. We tried it on 3 sleds at the shop and all of them were within a ft/lb or so.

I love the responses by the tards on ACTR when it comes to handling questions.  I learned so so much from them.

Loosen the limiter strap.

My uncoupled 141" with a 1 3/4 track rails the corners by running the sled as loose as possible, pipes clutches, reeds, tuners, etc, and running 6" dualies.

Your carbides are dull.

BERGSTROMS!!!@^&$$!#RFE!@!@!4T%~1211!!

If I run the front track spring too loose, I'll loose the retainer.

The ultimate cage match on there would be the bergstrom crew vs Sno tracker crew. Maybe I should ask which is better between the 2????

I had a guy tell me I didn't know what I was talking about because his Riot X handles unbelievably great on the trails.  I think he even said it railed.
