How come nobody talks about where and when covid spikes?

Right now its spiking in southern and western states where its hot as fuck and people are inside more.   Same thing happened in 2020.  Overall the nation is doing extremely well as compared to the spikes in late fall early winter.

You guys say your theories with such absolute certainty. "the flu goes away during summer, unless it's too hot then it comes back"

Since you want to talk about Florida, here we go.

  • Florida at a record number of COVID hospitalizations
  • Throughout Florida, from Jacksonville to Miami to Tampa, hospitals have become overwhelmed.
  • Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare's chief communications officer said the hospital has 70 patients in its COVID-19 unit — an increase of 11 in just two days since Friday and the highest the hospital has seen since the start of the pandemic. The vast majority of the patients hospitalized now, according to Derzypolski, are unvaccinated.
  • hospitals are already having to divert ambulances to different locations because of capacity concerns.
  • At Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, there were 17 patients with COVID-19 on Friday, including six in the ICU and one who needed a ventilator, Dr. Marcos Mestre, vice president and chief medical officer, told the Miami Herald.
  • The Mayo Clinic hospital in Jacksonville said it had exceeded its capacity of 304 licensed beds due to COVID-19 cases and asked the Agency for Health Care Administration for permission to operate overcapacity until the current surge ends
  • At the UF Health North hospital emergency room in Jacksonville, COVID-19 patients once again were being put in beds in hallways due to a surge in visits.
  • According to a recent Washington Post poll, refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine has now become completely politicized in the USA. Among Democrats, 93% report that they’ve already gotten at least one shot or are likely to, compared with only 49% of Republicans.

:news:  Care to show any high level GOP members with this rhetoric on the vaccine?  They only changed because they were put into office.

No disagreement there, both sides play politics.

Watch this, and don't worry, Maher attacks both sides even if some is untrue. Surprisingly, after this was aired, Maher, a fully blown Democrat, was attacked by the party he supports. Why is that do you suppose? Do the left/Dems hate any info that doesn't come from their favorite brainwashing news sites?  :news:

Can we get the study that shows if you have had Covid, will you catch it again?  You know, that natural immunity thing?

I'm not questioning the efficacy of the vaccine, I just want to know if people are getting sick from it more than once.  I have a STRONG feeling, that if that was happening, we would be hearing a LOT more about it.

I think the “strains” of this will work through the population, like all strains like this do.  Some will develop an immunity from the last and it will be applied toward the next strain.  The manipulation and information designed to spread fear will be all that is distributed now.  That won’t change at this point.  It’s too late to back off…..this is an excellent “get out of jail free and collect your $$$$” card for DC and all those following their orders of narrative…..and it will be milked until dry.

Ill be honest.  I don’t think this new “Delta” strain is much of a new strain at all….if anything.  I think the “vaccine” is a fail and it has to be blamed on something.

He’s really trying too hard.  It’s not necessary to group everyone here into a weird post one or two throw up.  We aren’t buying the silliness either.

Not much of a theory, when you read the charts that were posted. The numbers are up in southern/western states. Have you ever been to those states during this time of the year? People are in fact inside more. Again, not much of a theory.

Is this real or faked numbers?

DC, the CDC, WHO and their lapdog media all cried wolf too many times.

Nothing will be seen as “real” anymore.

Covid is spiking cause the vaccinations don’t stop the spread.

Eeesh.  Simple poetry.

So?  Vaccination does not stop the spread.  Fauci said so.

I don't know, what could be worse, testing positive and not going to the hospital, or testing positive and going to the hospital. Hmmm, I wonder.

The majority of hospitalization spikes are from the unvaccinated.

So severe cases are the only ones that spread it? It’s still spreading and will continue to for a long time, I’ll bet. Shot or no shot. Medical professionals are still requesting to be granted the ability to better treat sick people, just as much it not more, than they are asking for people to get the shot. The shot isn’t going to stop it from spreading, time will shows this even more, but being able to heal the sick is pretty damn important.

If vaccinated people that can easily spread the virus stayed masked and we were still in a modified lockdown we wouldn’t be in this surge.

vaccines people easily spreads the virus and contribute significantly to the spread of this virus.

No, from what we're learning anyone can spread the delta variant, but do we care if everyone who wanted the vaccine was able to get it? It still prevents the severity of it, which is what we've always been concerned with.
