Not greg b
I saw Brian was let go. However I noticed they are now full blown into “Textroning” cat. After reading the sno gore article their new chief won’t be there long. Her back ground is aero space. She has been bounced all through cat upper positions. As soon as the position is open in aero space they want her for, she will go there. While at cat she won’t do shit. I have seen them do this many times at Jacobsen. The person would flat out tell us they are there until they get moved to the areospace side and won’t do much. mnstang
You'd think with all the cat haters here that people would be happy with the old guard leaving? But you can't logic with haters, haters are going to hate. If Brian Dick was the shit you wouldn't have been bagging on his product for all these years. My manager will be at our location for 3-4 years before getting moved up or out of the company. There very little in between. Sometimes a "sideways" temporary move until they find a place for them to move up to in a year or two, but not often. I expect him to be gone in the next year. The next guy will be the same way. Serve your time at one place for 3-4 years and up or out. Repeat. I'm certain that within the next year, I'll be asked about relocating for a promotion, demoted to stay at my location, or dismissed.
