Twitter, Facebook, Google, Apple are all on the same political side for starters and their businesses are intertwined. My Google phone came with the Twitter and Facebook apps pre installed. Reminds me of the Microsoft internet explorer case. Parlor is a competitor politically and professionally.

private industry dictate their own rules, I have zero problem with that. Just like when rob sold HCS, I stopped logging on to HCS right then and there. Pretty easy to do and zero sweat off my back.

Right so say ckf decided to tell you one day that the political rants against conservatives here had to stop (just spitballing here, calm down). You wouldn’t have ANY issue with that? What if this site was bought by VS? You’d just quietly leave? When you left HCS and came here, you didn’t complain in the least?

I laughed and moved on. These forums are a way to waste time and nothing more for me. 

There was a time when rob had first started HCS that things got a little heated. At that time i had some strong right wing beliefs and rob was a lefty/libertarian. He banned me for about 6 months. In part over a disagreement I had with him about the Iraq war, dubya, and the Kennedy’s. It was rob’s site. He held the keys. I think as time went on, we all started to move in different directions. Rob took on a less controlling approach to being site administrator and I walked away from all things republican. Point is, it was rob’s site, I was just a visitor.
