Obama remains quite popular in America. His approval ratings are high. There’s still a few sore sour pusses that growl about Obama, but they growled about him for all eight years. Trump’s win of the presidency was solely because the dems ran with a detestable candidate in Hillary.

the bad about him was completely ignored by the media so it's not hard to have high approval ratings.  His admin was not lilly white and he failed to deliver confidence in middle white America which is needed for real growth.

Obama failed at almost every campaign promise he made.

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."

Joe Biden, describing fellow candidate Barack Obama. The remark was made the same day Biden filed the official paperwork to launch his presidential campaign. Biden later apologized and said the remark was taken out of context.

He displayed leadership to most Americans. A bland, milk toast  leadership. Nothing like the toxic avenger that’s in there now. The only reason trump’s economy looked better that Obama’s is because he placed the country’s borrowing into hyper drive.

My prediction is Trumps going to win and we are all going to drown in liberals tears.

Even better still.  Nobody wins or gets to 270, so Pelosi must decide and picks Trump.

MAGACrying.

That would be the most enjoyable political moment in my lifetime to date.

Trump deserves it. If he’d settle down and act like a statesman things could change. He’s never got the message that governing a nation isn’t like running a business.

How ignorance are you?  Running this country like a business is exactly why we had 33% growth.

Smh after a 35 percent decline

If  you are going to blame a downturn on trump then you need to do the same with upturns.  Sorry, can't have it one way and not the other.  You know this.

It was still a record level recovery.  Not going to make much of it, but fuck, after a pandemic you'd think they'd be happy.

i didn't blame him for the down of up.  He ducked responsibility for the down but claimed credit for the up because he knows his low iq supporters will believe he's superman

Not interested in arguing about it.  You don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

Did they spend the money or not and where did it go.... it’s pretty simple

I have several friends who were able to stay in business and pay their employees, to the tune of millions in payroll.  Yeah, it is pretty simple, and people much smarter than me or you, said we'd be in a full on depression if we hadn't done that.  So pick your poison.

Always the same bullshit. Gotta blow up the bubble even bigger with socialism every time there’s a hiccup....

I just gave you a micro economic example of what was a macro economic solution to what was quite a bit more than a hiccup.  Like I said, no interest in arguing with you about it.  I would have rathered we not shut down the economy, but look around the world, its not like we were the only one who did.

Shit happens....when did it become the norm to bail out whoever the fed desires with trillions in fake money every time there is an issue.
