Some say the shooter came out of that big busted window and got shot..some reports say the swat team finally rushed in that same window after like 3 hours. Any gun laws to come from this would be a victory to radical Islam. This will be a war with no end. You will not change the mind of 100+ million people in a generation or two. Yes I believe there are that many or that many becoming some level of radicalized or fundamentalist by nature.(Sharia law) To which extent we fight and sacrifice our own liberties is the only question. Appeasement is not an option and never works with the crazy. Didn't in the 1930's with Nazi's and won't with Islamic fundamentalist. They just can't be sued because someone used them in an illegal way nor should they anymore than someone driving a mechanically sound car drunk at 100mph into a crowd of people then sue the car manufacturer.
