I'm sure the usual on here will say he deserved it because his support of capitalism or that its all fine and dandy because of insurance. Personally I think if you see someone trying to set fire to your home or business you should have the right to use deadly force. Whether you know the property is occupied or not. Arson is a very serious crime and people's lives are put in danger when trying to put them out. If I was on a jury of someone who killed an arsonist in the act there is zero chance I'd convict them.
