At that point you might as well just tell people to take precautions and just be open unless hospitalizations get out of control. It's happened in Asia, America and Europe. We've got commercial bldgs that had no tenants til a months ago, there's virtually no risk there compared to a residential toilet that was DNA factory before Covid.
