Hmmm...what about that police reform bill the dems won’t even vote on. Politics over actually helping somebody. Can’t allow this president to have a single win.
That what you call leadership?

Or to get a better bill. Do we need anymore less than good bills?

True and not a good idea, but every health official I have heard said outdoor risk is far lower than indoor, and the closeness and length of time in close proximity indoors is worse. And then there is the whole one is the President and the others are protestors, see any differences?

Big difference between uncontrolled protests and an environment you have complete control of.

Big difference if you are sitting in a closed space for more than an hour when people are right next to each other and not wearing masks.

I guess you know better than the health officials though.

It may be that the protests are outside vs an inside event rally. From the way I understand it being inside with an infected person is worse than being around them outside.

I'd much rather be outside and upwind of an infected person myself :bc:

So the health professionals have given the all clear to the protesters?

If you could pick a place to be for an hour?

No, just answering the original question as to the possible reasons an indoor events might spread the virus to more people than outdoor events.

No, just that outside is safer than inside.

I definitely would want to be outside as far as the virus goes.

That's obvious.

So it looks like we are getting our shit under control and there are no more than 30% of people walking around with masks around here.

I agree but I would choose the Trump indoor event over being  within 2 miles of the  protesters.

You?

I would say you have a better chance of getting hurt during some of these protests then catching COVID at a trump rally, but that's just my .02

I wouldn't want to be either place, but given the covid  situation I would go with the protestors.

Trump was an idiot for going forward with the rally..

Protester gatherings were just as stupid.

Two examples of self serving  groups who help delay the Covid crisis.

The other side wants more. They’ll work it out. To say it’s not being addressed is incorrect.

You claimed the dems wouldn't vote on the bill, the house will put up a bill that goes farther and get a better bill hopefully.

He’s the only person allowed to hold a huge public event inside a building in the fuckin country. He violates his own CDC rules and will do it again.

George Floyd's funeral  had over 1000 people at it.

Who cares......just like any other virus, it will be around for awhile and there are several reports suggesting it is getting weaker. Stop living under a rock
