irv
I've never seen a cat eat its own shit nor that of another cat. Can't say that about dogs.

I suppose you could wait until tomorrow, but what a soggy stinky mess that'd be. No thanks! Edited November 1, 2019 by irv

A neighbors cat is currently hanging around our place and I've seen him shit/piss in the neighbors garden/lawn instead of ours. I have some left over food/treats from our last cat that I give him occasionally so I assume that is the reason why? 🤣 He has also been around quite regularly controlling our chipmunk problem. Just like he is our own, he brings them to us/near us and is right proud about it too. I found a decent size chipmunk hole right beside our foundation about a month or 2 ago so this isn't bothering me at all. Since the passing of our last cat, our chipmunk population has exploded!

Guest
I know everybody here loves their pets. I know you would almost kill someone over your pets. However, I just can't understand how anyone would willingly tolerate what you all go through for your pets. I know people get attached to their pets, and are very protective of them. I just can't fathom the poop and piss that comes with a pet. How can this possibly be worth the trouble?? No matter how clean your house/yard is, it will smell if you have a pet.

I can take a sniff of it and still smell her, and, sorry, but I like that.
