AKIQPilot
This is cool. These are very close to the 850 sleds hp numbers. Much better than the sled DTR dyno'd.

I’m not willing to bet on it but, when he said “No way less than 165.” He’s worth believing. We’ll see though. You know, like all these initial “new” (reconfigured, reworked, revamped, etc..) motors, they all tend to get toned down a bit after initial production. They start popping them in the mountains, flatlanders will have a slightly different version.

Oh, the Alphas performed great around here. We didn't have great snow until about Feb but by then the Alphas were already proving to be very strong and very nimble in the mountains. A few guys turbo's them with great results. A few had the cracked rail problems and I saw several different braces to fix the issue but all in all the sled performed very good. The general consensus around here was that the Alpha could hold it's own in a pack of Poo's and Doo's.

Gold Member BOHICA Posted September 16, 2019 Gold Member Share Posted September 16, 2019 As much mileage as the last few cat dyno sled topics were I figured this one was going to be a little hotter.
