No more indictments per ABC news

ABC News just dropped a BOMBSHELL about the new Mueller report!

The Right ScoopMAR. 22, 2019 11:28 AM BY THE RIGHT SCOOP  NO COMMENTS

It’s been almost two full years of the Mueller investigation into Russian collusion and the media and Democrats has been cheering him along the whole way.

They’ve been desperately hoping that Trump would be found guilty of committing a crime in order to win the 2016 by conspiring with the Russians.

But so far that hasn’t happened and according to this new report from ABC News, it’s not going to happen.

It also states, from Rosenstein himself, that the Mueller report will in no way disparage anyone NOT charged with a crime.

Here’s more:

There’s no shortage of speculation on the special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, much of it totally uninformed.

But we don’t need to speculate on the scope – the man who appointed Mueller has already given us a potential road map on what to expect from the special counsel.

The bottom line: Do not expect a harsh condemnation of President Donald Trump or any of his associates if they have not been charged with crimes.

They are getting this from a letter written by Rosenstein, from last June:

The road map comes in the form a little-noticed 12-page letter written by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein last June to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley.

This letter is from nearly 10 months ago, and they are just now releasing it? I guess they were still hoping back then that Mueller would still find something on Trump.

Here’s what Rosenstein had to say…

In the letter, Rosenstein makes it clear he believes the Department of Justice will not – and cannot without violating long-standing Department of Justice policy – include disparaging or incriminating information about anybody who has not been charged with a crime.

“Punishing wrongdoers through judicial proceedings is only one part of the Department’s mission,” Rosenstein wrote. “We also have a duty to prevent the disclosure of information that would unfairly tarnish people who are not charged with crimes.”

Rosenstein is emphatic on this point: “In fact, disclosing uncharged allegations against American citizens without a law-enforcement need is considered to be a violation of a prosecutor’s trust.”

Later in the letter, he makes it clear this standard applies to anybody under investigation, even public officials.

“No matter who an investigation involves — an ordinary citizen, a local or state politician, a campaign official, a foreign agent, an officer of the federal legislative, executive, or judicial branch — agents and prosecutors are obligated to protect its confidentiality.”

Now here’s the kicker…

Sources familiar with the investigation believe there are no more indictments coming from the special counsel. If Mueller follows the guidance of the man who appointed him and supervised his investigation, he cannot publicly disparage those who have not been charged with a crime.

No more indictments is huge! It means the Mueller report is going to be a COMPLETE DUD for the media and the left who hate Trump. It’s not going to even disparage Trump in any way because he’s not the subject of any criminal prosecution.

So when exactly will the media and Democrats apologize to Trump for all the Russian collusion baggage they’ve tried to hang around his neck like a noose? At the very least they should admit that Trump has been vindicated by the results of this Mueller probe.

By the way, ABC News titled this report “Letter from deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein offers potential road map to special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe”. You’d have thought they would have titled it “REPORT: No more indictments in Mueller probe” or something like that. I guess they didn’t want people to see that they were the bearers of this ‘bad news’.

Kind funny hearing someone in the DOJ make those claims after Comey was pretty harsh on Clinton even though charges were not filed but should have been.

I’ve come to the conclusion it doesn’t matter what mueller says. These guys will be talking about Russia/Putin collusion all the way through the 2020 election and beyond.
